What's the difference between Essential, Signature and Premier?
Signature is our standard. Essential keeps the same quality selections with a few items set aside, and Premier adds elevated finishes and designer upgrades.
What does the Essential level leave out?
The driveway, flyscreens, dishwasher and external concrete. Your home is still fully finished with the same quality selections, and you can add those items later on.
Is flooring included at every level?
Yes. Flooring is included as standard at every inclusion level, and even Essential comes fully finished with flooring and cabinetry in place from handover.
Can I personalise my inclusions?
Yes. Whether you build one of our home designs or a custom home, our in-house designer and colour consultant help you tailor the finishes to suit your taste.
When do I choose my finishes?
At colour selection with our in-house colour consultant, around week five of our build process. You sign your colours schedule before your fixed-price contract.
Which package suits a knockdown rebuild?
Legacy. It’s made for knockdown rebuilds, with a considered level of inclusions and allowances for the extra requirements of rebuilding on an established site.
Do you have packages for acreage or investors?
Yes. Acreage suits rural and larger blocks, and Complete is a tenant-ready specification for investors, with practical, low-maintenance inclusions and broad appeal.
What is included in your advertised price?
The price we advertise is the price we expect you to sign. We build every estimate to reflect what your contract will actually look like, rather than opening with a low base price and adding items through the sales process. If something sits outside the price, we will tell you before you commit.
