How much does a custom home with Arcadia cost?
Entry pricing starts around $350k, and entry-level custom homes from around $400k to $450k. Your design, block and inclusions set the final figure, site costs included.
Do you build on sloping or difficult blocks?
Yes. Acreage and estate blocks can bring a steep fall or tricky access. We regularly build on difficult blocks, including sites with over 600mm of fall.
What is included in your fixed-price contract?
Your fixed-price contract comes once engineering, colours and plans are locked in, so it reflects the home you’ve chosen. Your inclusion level sets what’s standard.
What is included in your advertised price?
The price we advertise is the price we expect you to sign. We build every estimate to reflect what your contract will actually look like, rather than opening with a low base price and adding items through the sales process. If something sits outside the price, we will tell you before you commit.
How long does the build process take?
It varies with your design, block and estate approvals. We’ll walk through realistic timing at your consultation, and your client portal keeps you updated every week.
Can I make changes to a home design?
Yes. Standard designs can be personalised like for like at no extra charge, and our in-house draftsperson handles semi-custom changes. Full custom homes are an option too.
Do you build for first home buyers in Moreton Bay?
