How much does a custom home with Arcadia cost?
It depends on your design, block and inclusions. Entry-level custom homes start from around $400k to $450k, and our live price lists include site costs in both regions.
Do you build on sloping or difficult blocks?
Yes, regularly. We build on steep, sloping and difficult blocks in both regions, including sites with over 600mm of fall that many volume builders turn down.
What is included in your fixed-price contract?
Your fixed-price contract is issued once engineering, selections and plans are final, so it reflects your actual home. Your inclusion level decides what’s standard.
What is included in your advertised price?
The price we advertise is the price we expect you to sign. We build every estimate to reflect what your contract will actually look like, rather than opening with a low base price and adding items through the sales process. If something sits outside the price, we will tell you before you commit.
How long does the build process take?
That depends on your design, block and approvals. We map out design, approval and build timing at your consultation, then update you weekly in your client portal.
Can I make changes to a home design?
Yes. Standard home designs can be tweaked like for like at no charge. For bigger changes, our in-house draftsperson takes you semi-custom, or we design from scratch.
Do you build outside the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay?
Our build area covers the Sunshine Coast, including the hinterland, Noosa and Gympie, and Moreton Bay, where our crews and supervisors work. We can still build outside that area, priced on application, so ask us at your consultation.
Is the build experience the same in both regions?
Yes. Every home gets live pricing, in-house drafting and colour selection, and weekly portal updates, whether you’re building near Caloundra or out at Caboolture.
