How much does a custom home with Arcadia cost?
It comes down to your block, design and inclusions. Entry-level custom homes on the coast start from around $400k to $450k, with site costs in our live price lists.
Do you build on sloping or difficult blocks?
Often. Hinterland and coastal sites can be steep, narrow or tight to access. We design and build for sloping blocks, including sites with over 600mm of fall.
What is included in your fixed-price contract?
We issue your fixed-price contract after engineering, colours and plans are finalised, so the price matches the home. Your inclusion level covers the standard items.
What is included in your advertised price?
The price we advertise is the price we expect you to sign. We build every estimate to reflect what your contract will actually look like, rather than opening with a low base price and adding items through the sales process. If something sits outside the price, we will tell you before you commit.
How long does the build process take?
Timing depends on your design, site and approvals, and knockdown rebuilds add demolition. We map your timeline at your consultation and update you weekly in your portal.
Can I make changes to a home design?
Yes. Tweak a standard design like for like at no charge, go semi-custom with our in-house draftsperson, or start from a blank page on a full custom home.
