What's involved in building on acreage?
Acreage sites can need clearing, long driveways and their own water, power or sewer setup. Our acreage building page covers that side of the build.
Can I change an acreage design?
Yes. Keep the home the same size and tweaks are free. Adding a wing, a bigger alfresco or extra garaging becomes semi-custom work with our in-house draftsperson.
How are site costs handled on acreage?
Site costs depend on access, slope and services. We inspect the block and order a soil test and contours during design, so your pricing includes costs for your land.
