Which way of building is right for me?
It depends on your block, budget and how much you want to change. Standard, semi-custom and full custom are all options, and we’ll talk them through at consultation.
How much does it cost to build with Arcadia?
It depends on your design, block and inclusions. Entry-level custom homes start from around $400k to $450k, and our live price lists include site costs.
Do I need land before I talk to you?
It helps. We work best with people who have land, registered or not yet registered. If you’re still looking, house and land is a good place to start.
Do you build on sloping, narrow or difficult blocks?
Yes, regularly. We design for steep, narrow and difficult sites, including blocks with over 600mm of fall that many volume builders won’t take on.
Where do you build?
The Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay. On the coast that’s mostly custom homes and knockdown rebuilds, and in Moreton Bay more first homes and acreage.
How will I know how my build is going?
You’ll get weekly updates through your client portal, from signup through to key handover. Our build process page sets out each stage and its timing.
