Each estate has its own lot sizes and design guidelines. We check both before suggesting a standard design or a custom home, then price it with standard site costs included.

Which new house estates do you build in?
The estates listed above, across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay. Releases open and sell out over time, so ask our team which lots are available right now.
Can you build in an estate that isn't listed?
Ask us. If the estate is on the Sunshine Coast or in Moreton Bay, we’ll look at the lot, its contours and the estate’s design rules before we quote.
Do estate design guidelines affect my home?
Yes. Estate guidelines can cover facades, materials and siting. We design to them and lodge your covenant application with building approval, around week ten.
Do you have display homes in new estates?
Yes. Walk through the Casa Luna at Lilywood Landings in Caboolture, or book a time to see the Arlo in Palmview. Our display homes page has the latest details.
Do you offer house and land packages in these estates?
Talk to us about current options. Our house and land page explains how we match one of our home designs to your chosen estate lot, with site costs included.
Can I start before my estate lot is registered?
Yes. Design and your construction proposal can go ahead while you wait. We ask you to confirm your land settlement date at scheduling, around week one.
What if my estate lot is sloping or narrow?
We design and build on steep, narrow and difficult blocks regularly, including lots with over 600mm of fall. We’ll check your lot’s contours before design starts.
